Service Center

This is the worst service center. Their service department never calls back. Don't bother asking for a manager they won't call you back either. They took our truck at 8am on Friday did not hear from them until Monday morning. They diagnose one problem with an estimate of $3000 and can't even tell us if that will fix they problem or not. This service department is a joke. No phone calls back from management. A $260 charge for absolutely nothing. I do not know how this place is still in business.

Negligence

Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of West Palm Beach - Negligence
Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of West Palm Beach - Negligence - Image 2
I had taken my car to Arrigo Dodge service department a total of 5 times! My car felt like it was slipping and bucking. I was concerned my transmission was going. Each time, Arrigo service department told me it wasn't the transmission. Last time they said it was the cam, the time before they told me it was my mudflap making sounds. I had my car back for two weeks this past time of it being there for the same problem of what I thought was the transmission. My kids and I were in danger on Crosstown blvd last Thursday when my car stopped working. I had it towed back to Arrigo Dodge in Ft. Pierce. They called and said the transmission was blown because the fluid was never changed. My car was serviced on 3/24/21 and that included a multipoint inspection. Under Arrigos own definition of multipoint inspection, that includes checking the transmission fluid. If the service department really done this inspection, the transmission would have not blown. The transmission is under locked housing and that is why I took it to be serviced at Arrigo. I can't do this myself! They are the ones I was relying on and they neglected to do something so simple that my invoice said they did. If they had, then they would have known by the black transmission fluid that something was wrong! I don't think the service department ever looked at it the times I brought it in or they would have known it needed something as simple as fluid. I have every invoice including 3/24/21. I've filed with Florida Agriculture and the BBB as the service department still has my car, drained all the fluid and won't touch it. This is so wrong and needs to be made right!

It has been close to 2 months since my review and we still haven’t received a response to our issue, even after we contacted Michelle who supposedly is the customer Sevice person, which says to us that the new Arrigo doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Stay far away from this dealer you will be sorry if you don’t.

Original review Mar 17, 2021
The new Arrigo is now owned by the Morgan automotive group. I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extra incentives to their loyal customers above and beyond the usual Chysler incentives to keep returning customers happy. Morgan automotive group doesn't have the same philosophy as the old Arrigo had, it was totally a different way of dealing with loyal returning customers, I guess it may be due to the fact this was my first time dealing with Morgan, but extra care and incentives were missing, the sales person was very helpful, but the management in my opinion doesn't have the depth to look at all aspects of satisfying a customers buying experience so they will come back when ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle. The old adage "I love the car but don't like the dealer ", applies here for the Morgan automotive group

Jeep has rust

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My sister bought a New Jeep Compass six years ago. It drives like a dream. The body, however, is rusting so badly that it needed a new hood. Pauline paid $1,400 to replace the hood. The body shop said her roof is rusted also. Arrigo sent us to a body shop. $3800 Estimate to repair the roof. There is a small space in the roof where water is coming in. Jeep headquarters said sorry, we cant help. The car is too old. Pauline bought this car thinking it would be her last car. She is 82 years old and has put 31,200 in six years! HELP

Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of West Palm Beach - Wont fulfill their end of the deal - Image 2
I’ll never buy a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram West Palm Beach again. The brakes on my Jeep squeaked when I bought it and I was told it was fine and if it didn’t go away they would take care of it. I was told this by my salesman as well as the sales manager. After a couple of months of waiting for the break squeal to go away, I took it back to the dealer and was told nothing is wrong. The brake rotor that is squealing is scarred and would need replacing to stop the noise. Is this a serious mechanical problem? No. Is it annoying? Yes. Should this be an issue on a vehicle with only 15,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty as well as the additional warranty I purchased from them? No, this shouldn’t be an issue. I was told it would be fixed if it didn’t go away on its own. I shook the sales managers hand and took him at his word. Where I come from, your word backed up by a handshake is all you have. I guess at Arrigo West Palm, they don’t view it the same way. I still would have bought a vehicle from Arrigo if they would have told me they wouldn’t fix the brakes down the road, I just would have bought one without squeaking brakes. You would think after purchasing an extended warranty for $3000 and paying their dealer fee of over $800, they would at least take the time to honor their word or worked out something to get it taken care of. The new brake rotor would have cost them under $200 in parts and labor at their cost maybe less. Honestly they could have probably taken a half hour and turned the rotor and it would have fixed the issue. That $200 cost them a lifetime customer and I hope this post costs them more customers. It’s dealers like this that give the industry a bad name. If you buy a vehicle from Arrigo, do yourself a favor and take it by an independent auto shop on your test drive and have them take a look at it. Better yet, buy a vehicle from someone who will follow up on their end of the deal even after the papers are signed.

Car buying experience

I called Wednesday February 15th and explained my situation to one of the managers Gerry. I explained I was upside down in my car explained I had money for a down payment and asked if they had something with rebates to take care of some of the negative balance. He assured me that there was several programs that would help get my daughters credit started. We looked at a Dodge Journey with good rebates. For some reason the Journey would not work I asked if there was another vehicle that would, he said yes a jeep renegade she was not picky just wanted something that would work. I asked him to run that vehicle with my down payment three different occasions which he blew me off. He told to call me on Monday which was February 19th. When I called the salesman Chris he acted like he did not know what I was talking about. I came back because I was treated right, will never be back customer service absolutely sucked. This happened on February 18th 2018.

Jim Arrigo sends post to me soliciting feedback on my buying experience

Dear Jim,

Thank you for your letter dated 11-16-2015 regarding the purchase of my Dodge Ram 1500 pickup and overall buying experience.

As Chairman of the Chrysler National Dealer Council I feel you well suited to read what I have written about my buying experience at your Dealership.

Perhaps you can share this with your fellow Council members so they can ovoid some of the pitfalls of the very unprofessional way my experience was handled by your Dealership.

Addressing your letter, “We hope that your buying experience has been very satisfactory and you are pleased with the performance of your new vehicle” Unfortunately I must inform you that I am very dissatisfied with my buying experience. ” We at Arrigo are committed to delivering a quality product supported by the highest level of service available.

If you should have any questions or comments concerning the sale of your new RAM 1500 please contact our General Manager, John Arrigo. I took my truck in for service on June 27-29-16 through July 22-2016 to deal with an axle recall, issues with some of the trim being discolored and some concerns I had about the Factory paint. There were issues with the service. So, I did as you instructed in your letter above, I attempted to contact your General Manager, John Arrigo.

I left several messages on Mr. Arrigo’s voice mail and also left messages for him, with Management staff at your Dealership. Each time I was assured the John would get back to me. I even tried to communicate with John through Google places.

To no avail. On the right side of this post you will see the different post categories, I have made them component parts that are titled with issue specific names. This makes disseminating information more efficient. Click the links below to see what the original visit was about.

Jim, Below you will find more links that are relevant to your desire to provide, ” A quality product supported by the highest level of service available” The links below lead to emails sent to me from Justin Campbell regarding the status and condition of my vehicle. I was very disturbed by what Justin wrote to me. Justin also encouraged me to contact the Arrigo’s. I took his advice and reached out to John.

I got not response from John, about six Months into this process I was contacted by Rob Corman. Rob said John had asked him to contact me to ask me to take down the web site I published about my buying experience with Arrigo and Chrysler. I was frustrated that promises that were made regarding Arrigo’s “commitment to delivering a quality product supported by the highest level of service available.” You brother John never contacted me for six Months then contacted me to tell me to stop disseminating my opinion as to how I was treated at your Dealership. This is not Quality Customer Service, below is a link to the emails from Justin Campbell that I mentioned above.

I was disturbed and appalled at what Justin wrote to me about your Dealership. This type treatment of Chrysler’s customers is unacceptable. I spoke on the phone with Chrysler Factory Rep Jose on Thursday February 2nd 2017. Jose shard with me that he had previously had discussions with Justin’s supervisor about the mistreatment of Chrysler’s customers by Justin in the past.

This is not the highest level of customer service available. One suggestion would be to do a better job of screening your employees. After this violent encounter with your employee Justin Campbell. I asked around and was told to look into Justin’s criminal background.

It didn’t take much effort to find many incidents involving Justin’s criminal conduct. As the Chairman of the Chrysler National Dealer Council I would hope you will lead by example, by being the first to denounce the violent intimidation of one of Chrysler’s customers. In addition to the indecent described above with Justin. I believe Justin may have had some animosity toward me, maybe that’s why bad things happen to my truck every time I took it to your Dealership.

During our meeting with Jose Garcia, Rob Corman and John Arrigo. John said to me ” The body shop doesn’t like you” I don’t believe that is a professional way to behave. If your body shop doesn’t like me you should have turned down working on vehicle. Take a look at the work orders for my truck .This is a large amount money almost all of it billable.

It’s not like you were doing the work on my truck for free. More interesting are the internal copies Look at this invoice. It predates my purchase. This invoice describes the replacement of an oil sensor.

It also states that I reported it two days before I ever saw the truck. Wow, that’s great service! – NOT! What am I suppose to think ?

You have convicted felon shouting at me ” Your not the customer! Your a piece of ***! ” This same is guy sends me a email playing games with my warranty. Telling me Chrysler would have denied my warranty claim had he not worked his magic.

That is unacceptable. During our meeting with John, Rob and Jose. Mr Arrigo informed me that Justin was dating his Niece. I’m not sure to what Niece John was referring to, or why he felt the need to share that tidbit with me.

I would be concerned if my Daughter was dating this Justin guy. I have concerns about my personal information stored at your dealership. You will note on Justin’s criminal record he has several convictions for fraudulent use of personal information. Would you assure me the my personal information is safe from Mr.

Campbell? Finally about Robert Corman, Service Manager Mr. Corman. Throughout this entire ordeal Rob has been professional, polite, calm and in keeping with your stated commitment to deliver a quality product supported by the highest level of service available.

It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Corman. And I’m not just saying that because Rob held Justin back from kicking my butt. Thanks Rob.

I look forward to hearing your response to my concerns and comments. Thank you, Keith Home

Doge Charger - Arrigo Dodge - Service does not return calls.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Arrigo Dodge - Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, Florida. Went to get my car serviced at another Dodge Dealer (Napleton) who could not remove lug nuts because I was told they were overtightened. Arrigo was the last dealer to touch the car for service of recall and charged me for tire sensor issue. I have called Sean (Service) and left message for him through triage twice with no response. I will not pay for their mistakes. Incompetance is the only word to say for a service manager not calling me back and a certified tech overtightening lugs. I have the super extended warranty that covers nothing. Door keyless entry sensor not working, not covered. Tire sensor , not covered. This expensive plan covers nothing except for maybe an explosion. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and department of consumer affairs.
